All four have a heart for God and desire to see Him glorified through song and word. The fact that they have been so active in their own churches, gives them insight and sensitivity to the needs of the average Christian. This allows each one of them to recognize the needs that believers sometimes have as they face the trials of life. Not only is encouragement for the believer a strong part of their ministry, but also, showing people that there is One who loves and cares for them – unconditionally!
